Refund & Cancellation Policy

Manufacto provides a platform connecting Brands with independent Factories.

01Manufacto's Role

Manufacturing agreements are entered into directly between the Brand and Factory. Manufacto is not a party to those agreements and does not manufacture or supply the products, hold manufacturing payments, or guarantee either party's performance.

Payments for manufacturing orders are made directly between the Brand and Factory. Manufacto collects its commission separately.

02Manufacturing Orders

The Brand and Factory are responsible for agreeing on product specifications, prices, payment terms, production schedules, delivery, cancellations, and refunds before placing an order.

Manufacturing cancellations and refunds are governed by their agreement and applicable law. Depending on those terms, cancellation may involve charges for materials purchased, work completed, or other committed costs.

Starting production does not remove any rights arising from defective products, non-delivery, or other breaches of the manufacturing agreement.

03Manufacturing Disputes

Questions or claims concerning production, quality, quantity, delivery, cancellation, or manufacturing refunds must be addressed directly to the other party to the manufacturing agreement.

The Factory is responsible for manufacturing refunds it owes, and the Brand is responsible for payments it owes.

Manufacto does not provide mediation or adjudication of manufacturing disputes, guarantee a settlement, or undertake to pay either party's manufacturing refunds or compensation. Unresolved disputes may be pursued through the legal procedures available to the parties.

These provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

04Manufacto Commission Payments

Factories should review their monthly commission statements before payment. Payment does not prevent a Factory from reporting a billing error discovered later.

Manufacto will refund verified duplicate payments and amounts overcharged because of payment, calculation, or billing errors.

Where a documented full or partial order refund reduces the amount retained by the Factory, the related commission will be recalculated using the agreed commission rate and calculation basis. Unpaid charges will be adjusted, and resulting commission overpayments will be refunded.

Any review for this purpose concerns Manufacto's commission only and does not determine the underlying manufacturing dispute.

05Commission Refund Requests

Contact support@manufacto.co with your business name, statement number, payment receipt, and details of the disputed charge.

Manufacto will communicate the review outcome and, where a refund is due, initiate it without undue delay. Refunds will normally use the original payment method, with processing times depending on the payment provider or bank.

06Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any liability, obligation, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
